I am holding ILR visa and My wife holding Spouse visa.

We want to have Indian Passport for new baby. So I need to apply dependant visa for new baby. Which application form I need to Use ( Dependant ILR visa) or ???

Hello everyone !

My wife is expecting baby due in April 2012.
I am holding ILR Visa and My wife holding Spouse visa.

Here My question is :Does baby qualifies directly British Citzenship or Do we need to apply Indian Passport and ILR dependant visa.

ILR application queries

For e.g :

I left UK 28/01/2006 and reached India 29/01/2006 and Returned UK 11/02/2006.

How do I calculate i.e from 29/01/2006 to 10/02/2006 = 13 days

I have to ignore date left in UK i.e 28/01/2006 and returned date 11/02/2006.
