Applying for ILR after 3 years of refugee status

Hi
I live in the UK for more than 5 years and I had tier4 visa and psw.later I applied for asylum and was given 5 years refugee visa. Now I have spent 3 years as refugee. Is it possible to apply for ilr? Plz advice me....

Refugee status as dependant is free of charge don`t worry just applying in a letter not in the form + send full birth certificate and your refugee status. you don`t need to send other documents like bank statement or pay slip after 31/Oct/2005 ILR is stopped with refugee status but as dependant ref...

hi I applied for my baby's travel documents, fee was deducted and acknowledgement received. after 3 months i received a letter from HO refused travel document as i didn't have a leave to remain for my baby. then i applied for my baby's leave to remain with all relevant documents in a letter to ukba ...

Hi babe khyber, I am in the same situation, we both father and mother have refugee status and we need to apply for CTD for our baby who was born in UK. My question is do we need to apply for "leave to remain" first and then for CTD or can we apply for both in the same form as the CTD form ...

I ask this question because the form given in the link for extension only. and the travel document i am not sure which one i should apply? i think i cant apply for convention travel document as the child is not a refugee.

It is not a jump. I was really persecuted in the country where i was born on my return to the country after passing some time in the UK. It is because of my previous activities against the government. I wish to travel to France to visit my sister.

I was given asylum as a refugee in the UK and my wife also got the same status. Now we have got a baby born in UK. My question is, which passport and visa i should apply for my baby to travel outside the UK? If anybody knows about this, plz help me.

I am in uk for more than 12 months and my wife submitted her dependent application on 13 june 2012 in India. i showed only 560 pounds as maintenance funds in my account that i have maintained for 3 months. is it ok or must i have shown 800 for me as well?[/code]
