Re: ILR rejected due to tax amendments

I don't know much about tax issues. I do know that your question on appeal is of no value unless you give (a lot of) details

Re: ILR DUE BUT FAILED IN LIFE IN UK

I was a GMAT (test for MBA acceptance) instructor in a previous life. LIUK is not difficult but alas tests in general are not for everyone, language is not straightforward etc. Besides "more study" need to focus on technique in study and the test. (I know there are courses as well, I learn...

Re: ILR after Tier 1 (Investor)

If any of the dependants are UK born kids you have an option of not applying for ILR for them and getting them citizenship as soon as any parent has ILR

PBS dependants cannot switch to Tier 1E in the UK. There is no genuine test for PBS dependants.
For clarification there is the test if she applies as a new T1e (as u said can be done exUK only)

Re: T1-GE > T2-G > T1-Ent > ILR

OP for wife to be T1e (inside or outside UK application) she has to pass genuine entrepreneur test.

They will see it is existing company (yours) etc so make sure she is fully up to the task

She should apply from outside the UK. If the borders are closed, she should try to apply from a third country like Lebanon instead

For clarification a dependent cannot switch to T1e from inside the UK?

you can enter but long checking and might husband come inside the airport, This gonna be an issue for you and more problem, best way change your flight seat delay 1 week and ask you husband posted DHL and then easily come back next week.
Long airport checks is 15-30 min more. No big deal.

Re: Travelling without BRP

Another option is go to airport and take chances to get on plane. In which case you arrive in UK and will very unlikely to have a problem. If denied boarding ask for a reschedule of flight (2 days later) and receive the BRP via overnight service. Airlines do not have obligation to reschedule you at ...

Re: Travelling without BRP

If you can delay flight a few days and husband can overnight your BRP may solve the issue

Re: Travelling without BRP

I have talked with airline. Their representative said i might will be refused entry on arrival at UK even if they allow me to travel. Is it correct? Does it worth to travel in this scenario? You are very very unlikely to be denied entry in the UK. Even more so with 3 BC kids in tow. They will put y...

Re: Wife false allegation for IRL?

Re: Re-entering UK with expired BRP card

Again the issue here in not the IO, it is the airline. This is an issue if you are not a visa waiver national (if you are say Canadian, the airline does not care about BRP as any Canadian can visit the UK etc) This is not ideal but another option is if you have Schengen access you can go to Paris or...

May be there are info above that will not benefit anyone, but as long as people are aware that being from the UK and going for marriage back home can conceal a danger, weather you are a men or women both are at risk of being a victim of a calculated plan. That is not the conclusion. The conclusion ...
