I have been running the company but just last month I registered for PAYEE and got the PAYEE reference no which I put on the application.

Someone told me some companies pay PAYEE quaterly so you can pay later.

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply. One last question regarding absences. After I got my ILR last yr I went on holiday for abt 80 days but in total my absence is not more than 200 in last 5 yrs.
