Re: Spouse Visa and Tupe

Thanks for the reply.

I am a naturalised British citizen since 2011.

Please guide about zero hours contract if it affects the spouse visa application because I was on contracted hours for 5 most months and now possibly it will be changed to zero hours?

Kind Regards

AA

Re: Child born outside UK to british parent

Thanks fwd079 for the quick response.

Yes, the child is born after my naturalisation as British citizen.
Would that be ok to register the child and apply for her British passport from UK by sending all the relevant documents??

Re: Accommodation provided by a relative

Thanks Casa

I mean if there was some way to prove the relationship, I would do that. If a mother or father offer free accommodation then it's easier to prove the relationship.

Rayking, thank you very much for the quick response.

He is my wife's real uncle from her father side. How can I prove that she has a relationship? I mean she has but how can I do that?

Re: English requirement test & NHS surcharge
You have to submit payslips and UKVI will use the lowest pay to make the calculation.
CR001, isn't it the Cat A non-Salaried where average income is calculated but not the lowest one?
