Thanks D4109125, does that mean there wouldn't be an issue if I plan to come back to the UK on another visa this year?

Consulate in India create lame excuses to refuse a visa, so I'm a bit worried.

Quick questions

01. If I claim tax refund then is it likely that my future visa application could be denied/refused?

02. I didn't work in this current financial year (2013-2014). Am I entitled to apply for previous year's income tax return?

Many thanks for your help!!

Tier 2 application from home country

My employer applied for a tier 2 sponsorship license on 27th April. The homeoffice is saying that at present they are handling cases from March only. My PSW visa is expiring on 18th. It seems I need to go back to my country and wait until my employer gets the license. Could you please let me know if...

Please suggest the best option

My employer applied for a license in April and so far no response from Home Office. My PSW visa will expire very soon.

Can I apply for a Tier 2 after my PSW visa is expired?

Please help. Thanks a lot.

What to do now?

My Tier 1 PSW will expire in 7 weeks time and my company is still waiting for their sponsorship license. Switching option

I came to this country on a student visa, received Tier 1 PSW after receiving my Master degree.

Now if I again switch to Tier 4 student visa then can I apply for a Tier 2 (company work permit) after a couple of months?

Please help.

Thanks a lot.

Just double checking....

Since I'm switching from Tier-I PSW, am I under the "restricted" section?

CAPPING

Greetings,

As well all know that there is a capping for every year's Tier-2 applicants, is there a way to know whether this year's capping/quota is already filled?

Is it going to be a waste of time if I apply for a tier-2 and get a rejection due to quota being fulfilled?

Please help. Many thanks.

Yes, I intend to work 40 hours in my 2nd job.

The first one is variable, can be anything between 20-40 hours.

Please advise.

Thanks in advance,

Two jobs at the same time

Greetings!

My next employer is about to apply for my work permit and the job won't be a time specific one (no fixed hours, only fixed work for fixed pay).

Is it possible that I can take up another daytime job and work simultaneously for the two companies?

Many thanks for your advise.
