Verification call from ukvi for parents visitor visa

My in laws have been in the uk before for 3-4 times
Never ever received this call, but this time my wife got a verification call and ask about invitation and our accommodation.
And it’s taken more than 2 weeks , usually it’s been max 10 days
Anyone else got a call ?

Okay, There are many cases on the forum here who has successfully obtained ILR using the 90 day concession rule. I am going to rely on it, and hopefully this should not cause an issue for me. I have the same problem now,
the appointment confirmation shows wrong date of birth when the same is correct in the application, i have sent an email to the address provided, no response yet.
Was this solved for you ?
Any one else had this issue ?
Will this create a problem on day of appointment ?

Tier 1 , you do not have to give any evidences, if you want you can have the holiday absences explained in cover letter or a separate personal letter. If you search this forum, there have been a lots of successful applications for people , with less than 180 absences who do not provide any evidences...

After chasing my Accountancy firm and discussing with them, I have been told and provided with proof that the format is advised by the institute of chartered accountants in England and wales. My accountant will certify/stamp all my records, dividend vouchers, management records, pay slips etc. The only issue is the format of this letter, the letter confirms everything properly including company profit, turnover, net dividend , gross dividend , net salary and gross on...

They should work, I have used these from the branch . They qualify all the criteria, they are on the Natwest letterhead, with all NAtwest details. also has your address , account number and date.
