Any other option guys. I cant send my family for 12 moths to India. There were some extreme circumstances that I had to change jobs

hi

Are you sure because I have a letter from the company that the contract is on going and accountant confirming how much I can get. Moroever I have P60s from previous years employment. My previous salary was around 64 k. This cannot be a reason for me to wait 12 months.

Your UK born child does not need ILR. You can registered him as British citizen now already on form MN1 under section 1(3) because you already have settled status. i could be wrong but wont the council tax letter that you have in Aug 2014 have the last date as March 2015. That should cover the March 2015 as well.

If the absences are less than 180 days in a calendar year, it does not matter. You can always send an email to your old employer asking for evidence of absence(as a part of annual leave).
