Youy might get your docs back in another 2 weeks. It is taking 8 weeks after biometrics. In my case, no idea how they are handling it.

yes in april. Actually not 21st bu 19th April. But note that I got my biometrics letter 2 months after i applied for RC. so the timeframe is teh same. note i have not got my cards yet.

i got my passport on 24th. Gave biometrics on 19th april. but remember i applied for my application on feb 2nd and got the biometric letter only on 18th april.

I got my passport last week. I gave my biometrics on 21st April. Ofcourse it took UKBA two months to send me the biometrics letter. Waiting for my card.

Has anyone completed their biometrics in the last week or so. I got my letter askin gme to submit my biometrics at Post office. They did not give me a choice for UKBA office. Had to pay to get that done at post office. ANother way to pay for a bad service. :oops:

Guys... I finally got my biometric letter. Funny how I got this time. The case worker said he had sent it last time twice but did not reach my address. anyway anothe 5 week wait till I get my documents. I'm doing my biometrics tomorrow.

I think the logic could be this..The backlog is not specific to any particular category. The backlog is for all the applications. My problem is assuming I get the letter(fingers crossed), it will still take me another 6 weeks to get my card and passport. I have no proof that the caseworker messed up. I dont think there is any use registering a complaint.
