Can I actually give cohab docs at 2 different addresses at same time?

For eg: I have BRPs received ( main + dependent) of extension at my family home and bank statements at the same time for a rented flat ( main + dependent)...

Dear MODS, 1. I applied tier 1 extension in august 2012 using family home address. I rented a flat since 2011 for marriage. Now I can show cohabitation docs at new address but will CW object to why I applied previous visa from another address and now in this application i am showing i was living her...

After 2015 extensions are not allowed. So please get it extended before April 2015

My visa expires 19 Sep 2014.
I an considering my income from 1/7/2013 to 1/6/2014 and will be applying 1st week of September.
Will I be alright as 1/7/2013 falls 3 months within 19/9/2014?

Its everywhere.. Read it in the sticky topics . No more extensions for tier 1 general after april 2015 so apply it sooner than later.

Try doing lituk and english before june if u can!

Or you can send employer a letter.. And provide a copy to ukba .. If the emplyer says tht u were emplyed at the time of absence but they dont have exact records.. Of absence dates even Then that will be evidence enough that you have tried to get letter from them.

I think you need to provide evidence that you have tried to get letter from previous employer.. For eg. You can send them an email and provide a print out .. Or you can send them a letter and cc it to ukba.

My wife did 2 years fast track Bachelors of business management BABM Hons.
She got PSW visa after that.
1. Will she meet the english language requirement automatically for ILR as she got PSW
2. If yes , do we need degree transcript again? (We lost them)

As far as i know, if you appeal and win over the refusal reasons given above. They should not use other reasons and give result based othese 2 reasons only! When did u apply and wen did u gt result?

Visa expires 15 Sep 2014 so I was under impression that I can apply my visa from 17 Aug onwards and take into account my payslips from 29 May 13 to 29 may 14 as long as i apply visa before 29 aug 14. Am i wrong?

1. Do I need to apply for my childs indian passport.

I have ILR due Next year and would rather register her directly as british citizen.
However in worst case if I have problems in visa and have to go back .. My kid will not have a passport and that will be a prolem.. Please correct me if i m wrong..
