Can anyone please clarify this:

Does date of issue of Tier 2 visa marks the starting point for the qualifying period for a visa that is granted in the UK? Do we have to take into account of CoS start date?

Thanks for your reply - my answers are below:


I was granted a Tier 2 visa (first one) on 25/11/2011 through postal service in the UK.

I switched from Post Study Work Visa to Tier 2.
