Bankers Draft is the best option as it is guaranteed by the Bank. I used it for all my applications and there are no issues at all. I think the reason why people don't use it often is that there is an additional charge ( 10 - 20 pounds) for taking one. Any ideas, if a consolidated banker draft can ...

Re: Tier-1 (General) Extension - 2 weeks before expiry

The best thing would be to use Royal Mail special delivery. The day you post your application. It will be classed as application date by UKBA. If you use courier, then the date of application will be the day courier deliver's the package to UKBA. So your application date MUST NOT be after your visa...

Yeah, as your stay in UK is more than 12 months, you should be maintaining £800 for your self and £533 for each dependent. Not quite correct . The maintenance for the PBS migrant (800) is not necessary and there will be no application from the PBS migrant at the same time. So, it's just the 2 x 533...

No, it's not a problem. There is no requirement for names to match. Many people are paid by different companies than they are employed by (it's also a by-product of large corporations - it's easier to pay people from a single company, than have each company pay employees separately, otherwise there...
