No Acknowledgement Letter yet

I sent my SET (O) on 14th November, got there by 15th November. Money was taken on 21th November but I have not received the acknowledgement up till now. Do you know any reason for that.

Hi Chemistry, I have seen your posts before where u told that you were applying for ILR via 10 year route .Now your query sounds to me for 5 year Tier1 route. ILR versus Spouse?

My wife will be the 9 years in the UK December 2012 while I will be applying for 10 years lawful res. next month August.

Her current visa expire in November 2012.

What can I do?
