Hi, I am applying a visa for my new born baby who is born outside UK. Both parents are holding ILR. 1. I am using form VAF4A for 'FAMILY SETTLEMENT & FAMILY REUNION', is this the correct form? 2. I guess the new born baby can be exempted from english language requirement as they can't speak any ...

visa for new born baby. both parents are on pr

Hi

Both my wife and myself are on PR. My wife is going to give birth oversea and come back to UK with the new born baby.

Anyone knows what kind of visa should I apply for the baby?
and is it possible to stamp the visa to my wife's passport instead of have baby's own passport.

Thanks a lot.

In my case the case worker asked for it but only took 2 of them (one for each year).
I know some other cases in this forum the case workers didn't ask any cohab doc.

You know you can also provide your wife's NHS card, government letter or DVLA letter instead?
