Indefinite leave (UK) if you are on housing benefit

Hello Friends,

My wife is going to apply for ILR she is here on 2 years spouse visa. But problem is I am working but on low income and get housing benefit. By the way I am a British citizen. Will my HB affect her indefinate leave?

UK SETTLEMENT FORM MADE AN ERROR

Hello friends,

I think we have made an error while filling out uk settlement form. There was a question (8.4.12) we were supposed to put 'yes' but we put 'no' instead. Now application has already been submitted I dont know what to do. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

My wife has already applied lets see what happens. Another thing I wanted to know that she has done IElTS general training and she got 5.5 (band score). So IELTS english test is acceptable?
