Almost 3 weeks now, and I haven't heard from them. :( Contacted SOLVIT, but they didn't get back to me after we submitted the doc. Is there another way to contact EU treaty? They obviously don't want to reply my emails or letters... Did you send a Registered Post letter to INIS? If not, it's not to...

With regards to the documents provided, ECJ Case C-157/03, Commission v Spain [2005] states that the documents we have provided fall in line with the documents required as laid down in Article 4(3)(c), (d) and (e) of Directive 68/360, Article 6 of Directive 73/148 and Article 2 of Directive 90/365....

You are wrong. Any visa to enter Ireland is fine (so long as there is no lying in the application). In no case should Ireland charge any fee for the visa application.
