Getting another Schengen Visa while current one still valid?

hi guys. basically im going to be visiting Greece from 12-17th August and Italy from 3rd-6th september. I applied for a two entry schengen visa but unfortunately they only gave me a single entry to Greece, which is valid from 12th August till the 3rd of September. Now im thinking as soon as i arrive...

you dont need to write them a letter. your visa is extended under section 3c. this isnt just word of mouth its law.

The TLS contact centre for visa in london has asked me for more documents, relating to a french tourist visa application.

The problem is they didnt tell me who or how to send it. Should i just email it to them?
