Tier 2 sponsorship license query

Hi,

I am not sure whether I am putting my query in right thread.

I am planning to apply Tier 2 sponsorship license for my limited company.

Could you please let me know whether am I eligible to apply for this license ?

My company will be 5-year old in November 2015.

Q1 : I mentioned payslips, dividend vouchers, bank statement, mgmt. accounts etc. For salary two different source of earnings are : payslips and bank staments for dividend : dividend voucher, bank statement and Mgmt accounts You can't give personal and business bank statement as two different source...

Hi,

My brother is working as a Power plant maintenance engineer and his job is in SOC list.

Does somebody needs to sponsor his visa ?

I heard that jobs in SOC list does not need to have a sponsor.

Please clarify my queries.

But your Accountant should clearly mention this point in his letter.

British passport for kid born in UK while i was in Tier 1

Hi,

I got my ILR successfull for me and my family. I have not applied ILR for my second daughter who was born in UK while i was in Tier 1G. Now i have to apply British passport for my second daughter.

Please let me know from where i have to start this process.

The reason why i have taken some much dividend because my 12 month earning fall under 2 financial years. SInce 12months come under 2 financial years i did not have any tax burdern. There is no fishy here. All are genuine earnings. I have sufficient amount of money in my business account from the previous financial year. I did not take much dividend prior to 12 months and saved all my money in business account for the earnings purpose. My accountant has given me dividend vouche...

I was looking into the ILR main applicant forms.

They are asking about ESOL Qualification at Level1,Level2 and Level 3.

Does that mean no further English language test is required for dependant ILR applications if we have undergone ESOL course?

My wife's degree was not taught in English. She is currently undergoing ESOL courses. She has to appear for the English test.

I just want to know what do they test at B1 level.
