His qualification is pretty much irrelevant. He just needs to have finished it... or completed at least one year of a PhD... It is his job title that is the important thing. Why don't you get your 'friend' to ask his questions here? His job needs to most closely match a job which is at or above NQF ...

The letter means that you have to book an appointment at any available date. The booking shouldca be made within 15 days of the letter date but the appointment date can be any date within or later than that 15 days. Can u advise how this can be reconfirmed from ukba? thx 4 da reply Arsenal49. what actually u mean by last day of term ? class ended 3rd weeks of July, then Exams held 1st week of August, Result published on notice board 9th September and Letter sent from college & transcript issued from university on 21 september.
