Hi Vinny/Ayyub, Good news, apparently there is something called certificate of entitlement (or Right of Abode) which we can apply with VAF7. Just a quick one!

The mother and father has ILR and the kids got Sri Lankan passports but no visa. Can they travel with SL passport plus citizenship? Will this not be ok for entry?

Hi, My children were born in UK before I had the ILR. They had to fly backhome for an emergency and while they were there I got my ILR. Hi

I am hoping to apply for ILR (WP/Tier1) for me and my wife only. My kids were born here and am not applying for them as I can apply for naturalisation later.

Question is should I show proof of birth for this or just mentioning if asked is sufficient?
