hI,

I have filed the Tax for 2011 -2012 , I have one boubt if i pay the tax amount late (after jan 31 )

Will it effect my ILR for paying the tax amount lately, will it efect my ILR

Please any senior members can you post your comment..

Hi,

Am staying in uk from past 3.6 years and am recently married planning to bring my wife on dependent visa do i need to just show 600 pounds for 90 days ie, just only for dependent ?....your comment please just confused...

900+600 or just 600....?

great thanks foryour reply as was confused...as many of them mentioned that even we stay more than 12 months when we apply for dependent visa...even the main applicant also should maintain 900 + 600 = 1500 pounds ....
So now it is confirmed that only 600 pounds is enough for 90 days

Dependent dropping visa outside uk should have 600 for 90 days, as the main applicant is staying more than 3 years in uk

pls read line 45..... it clearlysay if main applicant is in uk for more than 12 months there isno need for main application to show 900...just dependant 600 is enough

1) I need to show an amount of 600 in my account for 3 months just for dependant

2) As i am in uk for 3 years do i need to show even for my self 900


As people in the forum say 900+600

you are late only 57 days......as per current rules if you are in UK Before 3 months ie, late entry you can Apply your visa...........just before 28 days of your visa expiring for ILR

HVP2012, One thing is clear that your Application is still under process because once you receive a letter that your case is Approved on the same day they will hand over you the letter ......orelsea letterwill be posted that your case is Approved......then only you will get BRP card...... JAN77, if you Apply before 3 months its not recommended...you ll need to go for one more extension if you are not before 3 months in the country first yougot Tier 1 ... As if we see some of the cases it takes nearly 45 to 60 and 5% of the cases 60 to 90 days....... just apply before 2 months that wo...

Now adays the applications are taking too much time.....from 45 days to 60 days...even after Biometrics...... just check www.trackitt.com...... As rules are changing from April6th...large number of applications are flowing in.......dont worry......as you have dependents.......itmay take a bit longer...
