But is it not the old rules will apply on them as they both were here before 2012

Also what if I get the passport first then will there be a shorter route to apply directly?

So it all depend on there mood basically! and a risk ?

plus during the period of teir 1 General my wife stayed abroad twice long once during pregnancy and once to visit family both 8 to 9 months each visits

So what do you suggest I should apply direct set(M) or Flr(M) then Set (M)? Thanks

That sounds like a short cut but it is said that FLR(M) is a temporary stay which has to be taken after ILR of main applicant. I dont understand on what basis we can eliminate this FLR(M) process? the other thing is my wife and my passport been stolen in karachi so we dont have stamps on the passpor...
