The Ack letter is not supposed to mention anything about the BRP. You will receive a Biometric Invitation letter for that. The biometric invitation letter is barcoded and you have to enrol your biometrics at a participating Post Office. You cannot provide your biometrics if you've not received this ...

Redirection does work, I am not sure why it didn't work for your friend. In case you used special delivery envelope for return of documents then it might not be redirected as the special delivery is address specific and needs to be signed for. You could still collect the documents from a local post ...

It is not mandatory to submit marriage photos but most people applying from India submit them and hence the CW's in India are used to it and assume that it is mandatory. If you have doubts, write a cover letter explaining this. ** This is strange ! Even if you got married in UK, did you not get phot...

Premium service does not guarantee same day decision for all. In some cases, due to rush or when extra checks are required the decision gets delayed.

You should be okay if total leaves are not more than 180 in 5 yrs and there is no continuous 90 day leave period.

There is no requirement that states that you cannot be outside UK for more than a month because if that's true, there is no need for the 90 day rule

She can apply at the same time as yourself.

I don't think there would be any problem but if you still have doubts, explain the reason for her stay in India in a cover letter.

There is not much that can be done at this point. You just have to wait and watch. You could try contacting UKBA and that's about it.

You gotta be kidding mate. UKBA doesn't process the main applicants visa based on Biometrics submitted by dependants. The dependants get a visa based on the fact that the main applicant has leave to remain and not vice versa. Think with your brain for a change. There is no possibility of processing ...
