Well the consultant told you that it would go through because you already have the visa and that is proof enough that you were awarded points for your degree the last time. so should i apply directly keeping in view of the UKBA policy guidance or should i go through that advisor. what would you sug...

Hi, I tried using the PBS calculator, its not awarding me any points for my Bacehlor degree since my HSMP approval was on 14th may'09 and as per the HSMP Tier 1 policy guidance it clearly states that no point will be awarded to the individual if his/her grant was approved between 31st Mar'09-5th Ap...

As already stated, the PBS calculator is only for guidance. You don't remember the exact date of first application hence you have to use an approximate date. UKBA doesn't match this date to the date on their records just because they are aware that you have the visa and that is proof enough.

Payslips can be signed and stamped at any time...there is no requirement to get it done just before applying.

I guess you won't get the fee back now so just let it be. In case of rejection or withdrawal, the documents should return within 20 days.

I would have taken the 2nd option.

My view only: Write to the UKBA (e-mail) regarding the type of the form and apply/use accordingly. This e-mail would be a good reference. The feedback using phone cannot be a reference. If there is wrong form selection then e-mail could be used as a refernce. U might attach the reply of the e-mail ...

I think this should be okay if you get the print, stamped and signed. I would also suggest getting a letter from the bank on bank stationary, confirming the authenticity of the printed statement. If the above is not possible check with your bank if they provide a letter for the complete maintenance ...

Look before you leap. You are now questioning the understanding of the senior members.

I had written a completely different statement and have re-phrased it as I don't want to get banned from this forum.

90 day continuous period is considered as the period immediately before your last statement date. The bank statement submitted can be at the max 30 day (1 month) old. So if you were to apply in April and you received the most current statement in March, that should still be okay, given that you had ...

Why don't you take the pain of copy pasting the question instead of the form link. It's not like people here would want to go through the whole form just to answer a question for you. Next time, when you want an answer send the question rather than the form.

Leave N4 blank.

- you must not be away from the UK for more than 183 days in a year This understanding is incorrect. You can be away from UK for a max of 180 days in the 5 yr period that you'd claim for ILR. If you have been away from UK for more than 180 days, your ILR application might be rejected. The option av...

UKBA must have the info in records when applicant submitted first application, so in any case they have ability to verify on their own. Just use an approximate date. That should be good enough. ** This date will not show up on the PDF generated at the end but you'll get the points   I gue...
