You should be addressing it to the address mentioned on the Tier 1 general form at the top. Please refer to the cover letters used by other people

Re: Apply for 2nd Extension or ILR .. ???

This post is in the wrong section. It needs to be in ILR section not Tier 1. You are anyway well within 3 month threshold so it depends on CW's discretion to grant you ILR. Your dependant will not get the ILR so he/she would have to switch. I am not sure if you could switch in country. I don't think...

What that means is that you can only book PEO appointments for Biometric till 10th April. The actual appointment could be after 10 April.

10 April is the PEO appointment booking deadline and not the appointment deadline.

Doesn't make any difference. You will just not get the 5 points for UK experience.

You haven't lost that 6 month period. You could include that when applying for ILR as you were covered under Section 3c of the Immigration act 1971.

They could at least stamp the salary slips that were printed on paper. Also get a letter from HR as suggested by Rax.

Thanks for your positive responses. I think the payment process is automated and they can't do anything in advance. If it is blocked (it happens randomly) then they should be able to unblock the transaction if we call them and approve. In worst case, if the transaction blocked what would be UKBA re...

Possibilities: 1) Depending on CW's discretion if the remaining application is correct, you might get an extension. 2) CW could contact you and to send the corrected application form. 3) Application rejection is not the most likely case as this appears be a minor mistake but there is still a possibi...

According to what I have heard from the MODS the maintenance amount for dependant is 533 at...

For dependant it is increasing to £600

Cover letter is not a mandatory document but essential for your application, if you are applying by post.

I hope that makes sense.
