1) Try for another appointment

a) on your own
b) through agencies (not recommended)

2) Post your application

It is crime true but back in April 2011 (last batch of tier 1), ppl very easily applied and got tier 1 visa by using transactions within bank accounts. didnt paid taxes at all or very little (by showing losses next year) I dont know how they can make it, nobody checks at UKBA regarding how much tax...

Wife wife and son have only current passport(no old/expired passport) and they are on Tier-1(general) dependent visa. Whats that suppose to mean !!!! lol In English it might mean, Wife and Wife's Wife but I am not sure as my English is weak :lol: In actuality this appears to be a typo. :wink:

Apply normally as you have a valid passport. Once you get the extension, apply for a new passport (the extension is not stamped on passport as you are give a BRP instead) at least 6 months prior to the expiry of your current passport.

3 - They only release the appointments 42 days prior to the actual date in UK. It could be something similar with the Indian VFS. The best way to get an understanding on this is to call VFS as they have a dedicated call center now.
