I am assuming the 'Restricted Work' clause would refer to the following lines as already stated by you. This is just my understanding and can be correct if others think differently.

Ha ha ....Spy work...'eh The issue is that there are so many culprits around that even the genuine ones loose there face amongst them. For an agency like UKBA it is very difficult when they get 20-30% applications with fake transactions and documents. The point is they can't judge based on documents...

Re: My Immigration status if Tier 1 extn refused

Answers below What is my immigration status - 1. if my visa expires while my Tier1 extension is in process at UKBA? You will need 75 points again when you extend. The point breakdown could be something like this: Education = 35points (Masters) Age = 5points (31years) UK Experience = 5points (Given that you earn more than 16K in UK) Salary = 30 points needed to complete 75 points. So if you are in a salary range: ...

This shouldn't be a problem. As you have completed your master's degree you would get the points for the highest degree.

While applying write a cover letter clearly stating that you had completed your Masters degree during the first visa period and are claiming the points for it.

Don't bother much. You can pay Jan - Feb salaries in March. You need to be paid for all the months that you are claiming for (continuous period). This does not necessarily mean that you need to get these salaries into your bank account every month. You could pay Jan and Feb salary at the end of Feb ...

UKBA doesn't care about what a Tier 1 dependant did at the UNI. What matters is the main applicant. Just ensure that you do not default on the payments as it might affect you in future.

I'll tell you a simple fact. When you are in doubt, trust your instinct. If you are trying to mix and match your leaves to be able to get the ILR, if there is a doubt get a second extension and then apply for ILR later when you are sure that your leaves are lesser than 180 days and you haven't taken...

Are you a clock  I have only heard of pendulum oscillations. 1) Your child can travel but while returning you'd have to get the dependant visa from Hindia 2) All your dependants need to have a valid dependant visa else they won't be able to enter UK. So you'd have to apply for dependants visa /...

For a contract role it doesn't matter what the time frame is. You need to have the balls to be on the contracting side. I don't think you need to worry about anything. You just need to prove that you have been working in the last 12 months. You can never have the same pay throughout the 5 yr period as you are bound to change jobs. UKBA understands that and hence you just need 12 months salary to prove your income. I ...
