I don't have a similar experience to share but I think an offence that did not affect the decision the first time shouldn't affect the second time as well. That's just my personal thought. I would suggest you get legal advice on this in case you don't get relevant input from this board. The best ...

theroyale, you necessarily don't need a cover letter from the bank. The stamped and signed statements should be good enough. I think for your peace of mind, why don't you take the statements to a local branch and get them to write a cover letter for the same. The bank shouldn't have any issues ...

Hi, Just wanted to share my experience with Lloyds Tsb. * Negative: I ordered the missing statements by calling up the call centre only to be told that they can only process new statements in 10 business days. I have still not received the statements after 15 business days. * Positive: I took print ...

You will get the same points till you get the ILR 8) As the application clearly states that you need to provide the 'age at the time of first application'.

Tier 1 (General) extension - Tracking application status

Hi,

Does anyone know how to track the application status once you have posted / submitted the documents?

When you apply from India there is a way to track the status on VFS site but I am not sure if there is something similar in place in UK.

Please let me know if you have any idea.

Hi,

The guidance for dependant extension talks about support documents such as Bank Account Statement and NHS Letter. Does the dependant need to provide all these documents even when applying with the main applicant?

Does the main applicants statement suffice?

Tier 1 (General) extension - Bank Statement Query

Hi,

My bank statement shows my name as S.Brown and my full name is Sam Brown. I am not sure if this is acceptable.

The other question is that my current account statement is 150 pages if I want to use it for proving the earnings. I am not sure how to put that many pages with my application.
