Your wife should have salary based on SOC code. Besides to this there are lots of other things to satisfy. Please go through the...

On the CoS the two relevant items are: Job type - this should be the SOC code + the name of the occupation as in SOC under the code number given, in your case 2132 Software Professionals Job description : - this is a description of what you actually do and can be any one of: Analyst programmer, Com...

As per present rules, you can only apply as graduate developer until six months from your graduation. In your case you cant use this.

Next best option for you is programmer. Get a hike and apply. You dont need RLMT as you have been working for more than 6months.

Assuming your company has got sponsorship license: 1)your salary has to be at appropriate from the time CoS has been issued, there no problem if you had payslips of less salary before. they count from start of cos date. 2)No need for maintenance as you are switching from PSW, this also applies for e...

the limit on COS applies to only out of country application which is a restricted COS. As your company doesnt have a sponsorship license, first work on that and get that asap. this process may take upto 2 months if all documents are in place. In the mean make sure you are being paid salary as per co...

first of all wish you gud luck for your future assessment. Regarding TIER 2 sponsorship you have plenty of time to get that sorted. You can check whether your company is on register of sponsors so that they will be ready to sponsor you. If they are already on the list then its easy for you. Otherwis...

If you would consider my opinion i would say that do follow up regularly with UKBA. Ask your HR to contact the concerned people with more formal request explaining you situation. I hope that would work out. If it doesnt still you can go ahead apply without cos (but i dont think you can do this visa ...

koolguykvs - you are confusing matters. wrong SOC code is not their fault, its yours. Appeal wouldnot help you much. Dont waste time. Ask your employer for a rise. Get a new CoS(you shud have done this already) and apply. I think this is the best option than going for an appeal. Thanks mate. Can i still exercise this option of out of tim...
