Re: .

Just a question, how does the HO post the passport back....do they use recorded delivery or just standard second class. I keep wondering why the long delay in time from the date passport stamped to the actual date of receiving your passports. Kamicool, Ishareef17 and other successful applicants , y...

I haven't received my passport back as yet albeit I'm now keeping my fingers crossed for the next couple of weeks. Applied last week of September and from the posts in this forum, it looks like HO have just started treating September's application. Yes my initial HSMP application was approved in Jul...

Sunimal02 - yes it covers you & all your dependants as their immigration status is the same as yours. Have applied for mine ILR along with my spouse & children and none of us took the test. We'll only have to sit the test for the citizenship application.

Thanks doubletrouble but methinks that that's so unfair on us who applied by post - having to wait for God knows how long for no fault of mine except for refusing to give UKBA additional £1,134 (myself + 4 dependants) for a PEO application. Anyway the waiting game continues - 17 weeks & 1 day no...

Right, my query is for those who recently got their passports back from HO with ILR stamp particularly SET O JR category. Looking back at earlier posts on this thread, I've seen where some of the people said they got a letter from HO along with their passports confirming that their ILR is valid from...

Re: ILR received

Hi all, I received my ILR (Set O application) this morning. Wait time was 11w+2d weeks. I must add that I had sent an expedite letter and email and I believe that is what helped process my application faster. My expedite request was due to the fact that wife is due in a couple of weeks and we had b...
