Hi Samelamin, congratulations on your success. If i may ask, what office promised to give your application a priority if your appeal is allowed?

8 months is such a long time. What did they say to your local MP? Mine is only about 6 weeks and i'm already on their case as i really don't want to wait for 8 months. I think its appalling the way this case workers handle applications. Why not involve Solvit and see if that helps.

I sort of did the same and you what's funny? they returned my latest application as not being qualified and outlining how one can exercise treaty rights however my appeal was successful. I think it just tells you how uncannily they process these applications.
