Travelling to EU while on Spouse visa

Hi,

I am British citizen and my Mrs is on Spouse visa in UK. We are planning to go to Paris. Someone told us that she do not require a visa to travel to Paris as long as she is with me.

Is it true or does she have to apply for Shenzhen visa?

Regards

Re: Assistance with Spouse visa extension

Thanks and much appreciated. Atleast one less thing to do :)

When I applied for EC for my Mrs, I have had to submit details about my previous marriage e.g. divorce documents. Do we need to send those again?

Re: Is it the right English exam?

I checked with Trinity college and they confirmed it that UKBA will not accept a result older than 2 years so If my Mrs do the B1 now for extension then it not be used again in 3 years time.

Has anyone came across failing this exam?

Re: Am I entitled to Child Benefits or Child Tax Credits

Child tax credits no as you are a high earner. Child benefits, maybe but there were changes a couple of years ago for people who earn more than £50k. Do the benefits calculator below, but I doubt you will be entitled to any given the level of salary you are on. https://www.turn2us.org.uk/Find-Benef...

Re: Rental income for Spouse Visa

Hi. Mortgage interest and maintenance expense will be deducted from the income. Lets say your rental income is £20000 and you are paying £600 mortgage (a repayment mortgage) and the interest is £300 so you need to minus £3600 from £20000 and the rest will be considered income (if you don't have any ...

Re: How do I report to authorities about ex wife's intention

Thanks Obie. But I do have evidence to prove that she married me to gain entry to the UK. Her abortion reports and pregnancy medical reports. Also when I divorced her through UC it was mentioned on deed that I am divorcing her as she is seeking entry to UK so she aborted the child.
