Today is exactly 60th working day

My wife collected her passport today with visa. Therefore the conclusion is that divorce certificate from UC was valid. A huge relief. Thanks everyone who helped me on this forum

My wife collected her passport today and she has been granted the visa. A huge relief for me and this is for sure that the divorce document from Pakistan was valid.

My wife also collected her passport with visa in it.

It must be a priority application then. Mine is standard so if the decision have been made they should send us the documents .

It shouldn't be an issue as the passport will be on her name. She can take any other form of identity with her. When was your last status check which informed you that decision have been made?

I am not a solicitor or immigration expert but I am talking from my own personal experience. Many people have been refused visa as there overseas divorce wasn't recognized. You better get some advise from an immigration expert or family solicitor.

You are going through divorce in India? You are British citizen and domiciled in the UK therefore your divorce may not be valid as you are not divorcing her through UK courts.
