Tier 1 dependent visa Status

Hi, I can see the status of the application as "Processed Application delivered to bluedart in track your application. My wife applied for Tier 1 Dependent visa on 28th of december and it shows the above status now. I am just worried what does the status mean..."processed application"...

No, but it means her visa, when granted, will also expire in April and need to be renewed with yours.
