Re: Referee with expired professional qualification

Hi

Thanks for replying. Based on this page http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Professi ... ed_Kingdom MIET is a professional qualification so that's what I'm after. The issue now is his MIET is not renewed yet, is that an issue?

Referee with expired professional qualification

Hi I'm looking to ask a friend to act as a professional referee for my citizenship application. He used to be a member of the IET (MIET) which meets the requirement for a professional referee, however his membership has expired recently - he basically forgot to renew it. Would it be an issue for him...

I thought 12 month is better so I provided 12 months. I did UKNARIC stuff just to make sure my wife's English is ok as the rule is confusing whether LIUK is sufficient for my wife. Copy of immigration rule part 5 has rule 196D which is for my wife's case, again to ensure her case.

ILR success at PEO Croydon 29 Oct - 5 year WP + 1 dependant

Hi Just want to share my experience. I'm on a 5 year WP with one employer throughout. I have one spouse dependant, she's on WP dependant visa since May this year. Although she's been in the UK for only 5 months, she's still eligible for ILR with me. Docs - Appointment confirmation email - Cover lett...

Thanks sushdmehta. Some more questions from me about Dependant visa/ILR - I understand that when my wife applies for dependant visa, she has to show documentary evidence of the relationship. As we haven't lived with each other, we don't have statements/letters in joint names or at the same address. ...

A further question, I'm applying for ILR in October 2012 (I'm completing 5 year work permit in November 2012) and I know that my wife on dependant visa at that time will not need to complete a 2-year living period in the UK. However, we will be married for only 6 months, is it a problem for her ILR ...

Dependant visa with main migrant's visa expiring in <1 ye

Hi I've looked through the majority of posts in this forum and haven't seen a similar case for my question so I'm going to post it here. I'm a Vietnamese on Work Permit visa in the UK which expires in November 2012. My fiance is a Vietnamese and is working in Holland at the moment. We plan to get ma...
