Because there is fee defined for Dependant "ONLY". See page 4 Section 5 Payment Details and on Page 2 also no guidance for individual application as Dependant. Please correct me If I am wrong. Please also advice what shall be the fee in my case.

Thanks for the info.
This form FLR(O) can only be used If I am also applying (main application) along with dependant. My current visa is still vaild until 2013. I am looking for application form only for dependant. Please advice.

My son was born in Uk last month and we all are still here. So far managed to get his Indian Passport.
