Your husband can give a copy of his biometrics letter because each dependant has a letter with his name on the letter and the date the biometrics was done because the post office normally stick a paper with the date on it. Home office is more concerned about your money so long as you have the required document and can show earnings. So if you like you can apply twice in 2yrs

Just as a poster said, I think you should discuss it with a lawyer 2. A warning is not a criminal conviction 3. There is no where it is written that you get council tax exemption or discount only if you have a student visa. It just states that a full time student gets council tax discount and if you go through UKBA site council tax exemption or discount is not listed as a public funds.

i'm a locum heath worker and using self employed but was just looking at the best, clearest and easiest way of going about the extension which comes up in about 10months.
