MY wife came in UK on 02.05.08 as spouse of HSMP visa holder then extend it in to spouse of Tier 1 visa holder then extend it into Flr o category. Today I switched her visa in FLR M category. It's been 6 years plus that wife is here as my dependant. I just wants to know that can I apply her ILR now ...

Hi,
Can some body tell me that if I try to change my wife Visa from FLE O TO FLR M, will I need to meet full financial requirement of £18600.

My first daughter was born on 07.04.2010 before my ILR and second was born after ILR on 02.07.13.

Well now as solicitor made a mistake. Et should I do.

Secondly I will have to fill form MN1 fir my first Daughter but wt about second daughter coz I have this form from post office and I can not see any option for children of ILR resident.

Thanks for ur reply. My daughter travelled with my wife in november last year so we had to get dependant visa for her, which will expire on same date as my wife. My wife came to uk on 03.05.2008 and she went abroad for about three and half month from 17.11.2010 till 03.03.2011. My daughter was born in Uk on 07.04.2010.

Hi, I am going to apply for ILR on basis of long residance. I want to know what form should i use to apply for the extansion for my two dependant coz i think i cannot apply for my dependant on same SET(O) form.
