This may be new here, but you do not need to have eea1 or 3 to have your child British pp as long as you can prove of exercising treaty rights for 5 years..

but I complaint the same way still nothing happened, In delhi there is no phone number which is dedicated to visa querries, they said fax the issue or email.
This is absurd in the last email they said that they are just waiting for required information to be received from the UK.

I have sent the complaint email to vfs

then wanted to send complaint but could not open the ukba complaint link.

There is still nothing has happened so far, now this is getting on my nerves.

The date of visa must have already started after the decision.

Check from and till date in the visa and plan your journey..
