Ashokbrt,

I am not sure I understand your reply. Are you saying you have a maintenance requirement for your Tier 2 application and that your company has given you a letter sponsoring you and your family?

Hi Jasmeetmanik, I am not aware that your company would sponsor your wife as your Tier 2 dependent. However, you can obtain a letter from them to say you work with the company. You are sponsoring the dependant, not the company. All you need to do is make sure the employment letter states your salary...

To make sure you have the right document and get a peace of mind, I think you can arrange for the back to Authenticate them with the a...

It is still very difficult to book a PEO date for the qualifying period after the 02/05/2012. So i am considering an option where I could get a lawyer to submit the application same day. Is it true that most law firms with UKBA licenses have daily or weekly times they can turn up at the PEO and have...

Without knowing specific details of your case, the decision the university has taken to curtail your course and cancel your studentship is not on...

jeffrey, It is difficult to guess what they immigration rules will be by the time you apply as they always say "you have to meet the rules at the time of application". I did not think that if you changed jobs now you will be subject to stricter requirements. I think some of the senior memb...
