Your timing are unprecented truly but they have to process retention first (unless they make an exception) I applied for PR i got extension until April 2018! which is very longtemp but expecting decision by january 2018 deadlines . Easy cases get easy response but we don;t know what is easy for them...

HI if you divorced , you supposed to apply for retention first before EU 3 i think ! you wont get a response for EU3 until you get EU5 . Problem is there's no specific amount someone got approve with only 10 K 5 years ago on this forum . It could be nice if one of you work then it would be even more easy . I am on suffiscient ressources for 4 years now ...we didn't have any signigicant lump sum than 5 K but NON EU spouse working does...

Can a holder of EU permanent resident card stay legally even if EU citizen leaves the states..

I think they should be able to stay but i need people to contribute anyone who got EU3 Approved recently can also respond. :mrgreen:

That correct citizenship is after 5 years EU3 is 6 months before your stamp 4 expires . Has to be working studying (+ health care insurance) or resident (+ health care insurance) with suffiscient funds.. during the 5 years ans while application is on going. Common refusal is Eu citizen didn't follow...

Hi,

Apply for citizenship and EU3 permanent stamp not sure how permanent it's but that's what i did last month :mrgreen: . If they happen to refuse apply again for EU4FAM .

I applying and they gave me temporary stamp 4 8 months valids but my normal stamp is not even yet expired

cause i travelled for 3 weeks to renew my passport and second time i travelled for family event never more than 3 weeks though but i was not with her. on those trips we don't travel in general if not for practical reason.
