Does this mean we wont be able to travel for however long they take to make a decision??

This even strange considering when i apply my visa will be only 5 month valid remaining.

When are we getting passports back for new visa's

This is an important measure to identify the applicant, protect against fraud and identity theft and uphold the integrity of the Irish naturalisation process. so you must have your PSC card before application do it now

You could have applied again for EU4FAM while waiting for Stamp.

Thats what a reputed law firm told me that i was to apply for a new stamp EU4FAM if the EU citizen is still exercising her right .
This is good to know for you folks are going to apply for stamp 4 and Citizenship .

- visa was refused // What exactly was the reason for refusal

- Where are you applying from India or are you in Ireland

HI @one2three this just to collect some info regarding the waiting time on EU3 form approval for Permanent residency.

The comment above is about abother member of the forum who confirm he applied in march and got it yesterday.

When did you apply ?

Did they ask any further document ?

Yeah Fiona,

In fact people use to get it in just 4 weeks , now it's seems to be a whole dark process :? i hope you get it faster than the correct trends. Some people still get better treatment :)

well i don't know how the police behave on the border , note that eu citizen can't croass the border with a Driving license they will at least a national id card ..

It's written on that EU4FAM card :mrgreen: : this is not an ID Proof therefore you must have your ID proof i guess will the passport .
