How long is this data kept on my Credit File? This information is held on file for 6 years from the date of Judgment, even if it is satisfied/paid. However, if you satisfy or pay the outstanding amount within a month of the judgment being issued, it will not show on your credit report. What can I d...

There should be no issue as long as it’s not a court judgement. Court Information and other public records Judgments are issued as a result of County or High Court action. If a Creditor/Claimant (the person looking to claim the money from you) is owed a sum of money by you they may raise a claim aga...

You should have known it by now as you don’t get CCJ over night. If you owe money to a bank or someone, they normally chase you first and send you loads of letters. And if you don’t respond and don’t agree to pay the minimum amount, then they sometimes sell your loan to a debt collector which can ta...

It shouldn’t be a problem but to be on the safe side, I would suggest getting a letter from your employer explaining this issue.

No if you are applying on the basis of Tier-1, you don’t need to worry about SOC code or the statement by employer that you will still be needed in future. You can still get a general letter from your employer which should say your start date, job title and salary. It would be nice to have this lett...

Are you applying in Tier-2 ?

If you are applying on the basis of Tier-1, then your employer doesn’t need to mention this statement.

As long as the first 2 slips are signed and stamped by your HR, you should be fine.
Also try to get a letter from employer explaining this.

Get your report from Experian and also from Equifax to be on the safe side. If there is any CCJ against you, they will appear on your credit report.

Even if you are earning less than the last tier-1 visa, you will still be fine.
As long as you qualify 75 or 80 points, home office doesn’t care.

If it’s on a letter head then it doesn’t need to be signed and stamp.

The statements we get by post are generally on letter heads and are not signed and stamped, so I think you will be fine.

In Section 3, you will choose the first option of Section A (as HSMP was your previous visa, but Tier-1 is your most recent visa...
