28 days before the 5th anniversary of your arrival to UK. For example if you came to UK on 13th Mar 2007, you will qualify for ILR 28 days before 13th Mar 2012.

I know this could cause problem sometimes as every bank is different. I would suggest you use a Banker’s Draft which is the safest way of paying at PEO.

There shouldn’t be an issue in using any bank’s credit or debit card.

Just make sure you have enough money in your bank and inform your bank about the large transaction.

As Zahid suggested, all you need is one single page on your passport. Even an expired passport can not stop anyone from getting the ILR. I know someone whose passport was expired at the time of ILR, and the Home Office gave him the ILR on a document which he got transferred to his new passport later...

raxs1983, you should select Tier-1 from the list. You can only book PEO appointment 42 days (6 weeks) in advance. For example today is Friday, 6 January 2012 and if you add 42 into it, the Resulting date: Friday, 17 February 2012. So the system won’t show anything beyond 17 February 2012. If in doub...

I don’t think so you can get this information from home office. You need to look at the entry and exit stamps on your passport(s) to work out exactly how many days you were out of UK.

Also you don’t need to include the departure and arrival days.

You need bank statements for last 12 months which will use to claim salary points. You also need to have P60s for last 5 years (pay slips not needed if you have P60s).

That’s true leeuk. I myself found the NHS attitude in London really weird and unfair. But when I moved to north of England, I was given a good welcome and an excellent service by GP Surgery and the Hospital, no one from NHS ever asked about my visa or employment status. As you said, areas like East ...
