You are correct. You wouldn't have BRP as UKBA only started rolling it out from 29th Feb 2012 for ILR applications. arifahmmed : P60 is not a requirement for Tier-1. I carried all my 5 years P60s but was never asked to provide any of those. All you need is 2 proofs of earnings from different sources (a common combination for employed people is bank statements & pay slips). Some case workers may ask for P60s ...

ILRApplication01: For your question 3: you should be fine using pay slips and bank statements. The dates on the pay slips generally don't match with bank statements and the case workers are aware of it. You need to provide 2 evidence to prove previous earnings which should be from different sources....

"Good character" only needs to be completed if the child is aged 10 or over.

However any application for a child must be supported by two referees and a recent passport-sized photograph.

There is nothing wrong with your BRP. This is the standard format for BRPs. The surname will always come first followed by first and middle names.

That's right, you will probably have to check it yourself as I know few people who turned away and were advised to apply by post or in Croydon.

That doesn't mean they (Cardiff) can't deal with self employment applications but they are generally bit reluctant with these.

Also see this.

Fast Track one-week service can be used for child's first passport. I used it for my two children in Aug this year. It's too early for you to book a Fast Track one-week service appointment as they only give it 2 weeks in advance (the person at passport office told me that during busy times, they wer...

You can even claim less points than your last application as long as you score enough points at the time of ILR.

It doesn't count as a benefit. Even if it does, you and your wife are entitled to any benefits you are entitled to.

Taking this course or any other benefit will not affect your citizenship application next year.
