It will be fine, just complete the form correctly and bring the error to their attention when you attend the PEO with your son.
Thanks for your advice.

Wrong child dependant title for ILR appointment

Hello, I have a PEO ILR appointment for myself and two dependants, but I have just noticed that I entered wrong tilte for my son, which should be "Mr" instead of "Ms". Do you think if there is any problem for my son's application? If so, how can I amend the mistake? All other inf...

Thank you both.

I also got a UKBA letter confirming that it should be ok if the exam is passed as they cannot ask candidates to take speaking and listening only for immigration purposes.

I then think a pass PET certificate should suffice.

Cheers.

I am sure that HR will be aware that you are working for them on Tier1 General visa. And they should obviously be aware that it will be expiring soon. You may want to show them the relevant text from the UKBA Tier 1 guidance. Also, if they only provide online payslips, other employees may face prob...

It is best to get the printouts of online payslips signed and stamped by HR. In addition, I also submited a statement of earnings provided by my employer just in case. Thank you for your reply. HR does not want to provide these printouts and I dont know how to persuade HR to do so. They can do a le...

For example if you had a Bachelors Degree at the time of your first application and then you did a part/full time Masters and you want to claim 35 points for Masters Degree. In this case the circumstances have changed and one has to provide the evidence again. T...

You don’t need to provide any document which you have already provided at the time of initial grant of your Tier-1 or HSMP. I got HSMP in 2007 and got Tier-1 extension in 2009 and didn’t provide my degree, evidence of age or marriage certificate as I had already provided these things at the time of...
