Re: bank statement query...urgent !!

I submitted signed and sealed bank statements. What I will suggest is to take a colored scan of your bank statement and get it signed and sealed from your personal banker. What about generating an online statement and getting it signed and sealed ? Here is the story. I have a joint UK bank account. ...

Re: my hearing in court

Thanks mate for posting it here and all the best.
It seems now that evedential flexibility is NOT a straight forward case.
So any one who gets a rejection should not blindly go for appeal in emotions and think through the best available option.
Anyways I hope you will have a positive outcome.

Re: 50k available funds for 90 days?

Applicable only for 900 not for 50 K.
Make sure you have 50 k in your personal account.
Rest all will be clear when you will read policy guidelines.
Feel free to ask more questions after reading.

UKBA does not have access to the bank accounts.
At most they can call and request the banks and banks will reject the request on the clause of confidentiality.
Something else for sure

You dont need any help from any agency and if you want to know about best agency than you are at the wrong place.
Your best option is to read policy guidelines (50 page doc with 20 page relevant to you) and ask any question you have here.
We will be happy to help (Not to mention its FREE :) )
