Re: business Qualify NQF level 4

I will be blunt with my answer so please don't mind. This way Ill provide you my personal non biased opinion. Does my business Qualify NQF level 4? NO and YES, Majority of the work you do is NFQ level 3 (IT user support technicians 3132), however, you have mentioned Web design, if you can show that ...

Re: Refusal due to contract signature

Misinterpretation of the 3 month rule ! (Ill blame it on UKBA for that crappy 3 months wording). The right action would have been to attach a CAR ordered over phone. Going for appeal wont be a good idea as sending a contract with same signature means you and client both are same ! He might would hav...

it doesnt matter wen u register a compnay however at the time of application u must provide docs which are no more than 3months old. The reason for providing a CAR is to show that you are currently the company's director for which you are making an application. The 3 month rule is always confusing ...

@ KickAss, Maintenance for main applicant is £900, while that of the dependant is £600 each. so by calculation it will be Main applicant=900 Dependant=600*3=1800. 900+1800= £2700 so for him and his 3 dependant total maintenance will be £2700. :) :) :) Cheers ! I should take out time and read bloody...

Re: ISA ACCOUNT and Maintenance@OLASUNKAMI

Correct ! Apologies for the confusion. ISA is good for maintenance as its a personal saving and its on your name. But not good to show 50 or 200 K.. The total amount of available money must be either at least £200,000; or at least £50,000, as applicable. If the money is held in several financial in...

Thanks for explaining bro ! This certainly means that OP wont get a hearing date in Nov as it takes about 3 months after the fee deduction and considering that London is the busiest , it might take long. This 3 months after fees deduction , is this a rule or just a number derived from various timeli...

@Rehan01
Does the hearing date and processing time fluctuates with the Geo location of the applicant ?
I mean doesn't the hearing date will be dependent on availability at the local place? or does every one has to go to same place in London ?

Re: Utility Bills - Advice Required Plzz

1) Land line bill is not a required document in the T1E application. (Correct me if it has changed in new application guide.) 2) Using a resource for both business/personal use is a grey area pertaining to legitimate expenses. Usually it is recommended that in case a portion of a service is used for...
