it doesnt matter wen u register a compnay however at the time of application u must provide docs which are no more than 3months old. The reason for providing a CAR is to show that you are currently the company's director for which you are making an application. The 3 month rule is always confusing ...

Does the hearing date and processing time fluctuates with the Geo location of the applicant ?
I mean doesn't the hearing date will be dependent on availability at the local place? or does every one has to go to same place in London ?

Appeal submitted first week July ..... Fees deducted end of August ..... Hearing allocated last week of October and hearing is on 23 January 2013 -> (2014) .....
