Hi Guys, my question is somewhat related to the topic:

how long the referee needs to be a British Citizen to sign the form. - does anyone know.
Our child minder agreed to sign it for our 2 year old, but she is obtained BC less than 12 months ago.
not sure that will be an issue or not
