Online application

Hi, I think currently there are both options-paper and online submission of the Tier 2 (General) VISA. Does anyone know if one is better than the other or at best wheter the online submission is likely to make the process quicker? RLMT document

Hi,
Is there any documentary proof of a successful RTMT? As far as I am aware the 28 days period of advertising the job in jobcentreplus and another website is over. Is it something like a letter from the company HR vouching for this?

Thanks,
S

Does anyone know if an employer gets their sponsorship licence approved, they immediately appear on the UKBA sponsor list? Or, does it take a bit of time before that happens?

I agree. Apply for student visa. work for 20 hr per week and i think it is 40 hr per week during non term time. your company can sponsor you a tier 2 work oermit after your degree if it is registered as a sponsor and can give you 20k+ per year, subject to the current rule. it may be same or change b...

I think you have to make an application and wait for UKBA to respond. You can't apply for sponsor licence for your employer. It generally happens the other way round. So, if you are talking about applying for Tier 2 (employer sponsored visa) which will need you to quote CoS, then that's something th...

Sponsor certificate issue delays

Hi people,

I was wondering if anyone is aware on any progress made to this end?

Sponsor licence came with initial allocation. Applied Feb, decision time 7 weeks (actually the decision was made within 3 weeks as per the date on the decision letter). If I have understood you correctly, it means sponsor licence was applied by your employer who could then issue you with a CoS? Did...

It is not the sponsor licences that are renewed every April but the CoS allocations Sure, but to my knowledge, CoS allocations are handled by a separate team, albeit in the same section. Hi, Have you received the CoS now? If this is the case, I would be very grateful if you could let me know when d...

Re: How long it takes for an employer to get licence to spon

It is a fairly longwinded process. First the company has to get its sponsor licence application together (supporting documents have to be submitted) and then UKBA has to process the application. When the company has submitted its application the current UKBA processing time for Tier 2 sponsor licen...
